When Choosing a Medicare plan there can be many different decisions that need to me made. What plan will work best for me? How much am I going to have to pay in premium? Can I choose any plan I want or are there restrictions? These are all very important questions and hopefully this site will be able to answer those questions for you and help get you started on the process of picking a plan. Information on the Medicare Decision:
*Medicare is a health program established for
■ people age 65 or older,
■ people under age 65 with certain disabilities, and
■ people of all ages with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney
failure requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant).
Medicare is divided into two areas
■Part A Hospital Insurance which most people don’t pay a premium for Part A because they or a spouse already paid for it through their payroll taxes while working.
■Part B Medical Insurance which most people pay a monthly premium for.
